Buyer Beware! Steer clear of this establishment! Lemons abound and you won't notice problems till you get home and when you call them back all you get is "should have bought the extended warranty".

I wasn't planning on purchasing a car at this time. Significant repair needs and poor workmanship by another service provider left me a difficult situation. All of the personnel at West County Nissan went out of their way to assist me in finding a car that would meet the needs of my family. Hakim Chettfour was very helpful and worked hard to make the deal that was right for me. I felt no pressure at any time during the process. I'm confident that Cory Sivumaki would have showed me as many cars as I wanted. Jim Foley made the financial part of the deal painless, he was informative but not pushy, he took the time to find the financing that met my requests. The day of delivery, Kevin Thompkins, who wasn't involved in the original deal treated me like I was his long term customer. He went out of his way to assure the car was ready for delivery and to meet my challenging schedule. I am very appreciative of the work of the original service advisor Justin Pennycook for his candor and assistance and the work of Kevin Gromer to provide me with a report and photos of my original car conditions. My entire experience clearly illustrates that West County Nissan has an outstanding "team" under the direction of Bill Haegele. It is obvious that the entire staff shares his commitment to quality and customer service. I'll be a return customer for a long time.

Curt was a great sales man but on the other hand one of the finance guys was very rude. They marked up the price of the car saying they had to pay the finance company to give me the loan, a few days later I get a call saying that place wouldn't finance me and I don't believe that was true about paying for the loan, just a way to get more money. They had to go with someone else which they had to contact me for more information the dealer did not provide them with. They let me drive off with out showing prof of full coverage insurance which I did not have at the time. I had to go back because they did not give me a up to date emission inspection. They were all worried about making it to their dates and going out for drinks that Sat evening.

I am writing because I had a very unpleasant suprise when I came in to possibly purchase a new Maxima last night. I was talking with the salesman named Chris on the phone about an older model and he said that the 2013 are priced very competitively at $29K and some change. I told him my situation that I was looking for about $18-$19K out of my trade and he said that would be reasonable and to come on in. Chris has to leave that night and left my file with Will Teske. After all said and done, the trade in value that he came up with was $14K....that is even $3K less than KBB trade values!! I did not appreciate the time wasted and my cancelling appointments with other dealerships thinking that West County Nissan did not play games to get you through the door. Buyers be ware of their tactics. They are your typical auto dealership.

We bought a used 2002 NIssan Quest from Rodger on January 19,2013. It was a fairly warm day in January and I didn't check out the heater out that well. Of course, the next couple of days the weather got colder and the heater wasn't producing very warm heat at all. So within a week I took it back into the dealer and they looked at it. They said it was fine and could find nothing wrong with it. So I lived with the not so warm heater for about 2 more weeks and then took it into my Shell Service Mechanic that works on all of our cars. They figured out it was a Lazy Thermostat and needed to be replaced. So I had then replace it and now my heater is KICKIN'!!!! I called my WONDERFUL service advisor Dennis Michael and he was very glad I now had a very warm heater and was curious of what they fixed. I then talked to the Service manager who passed me off to the Internet Sales Manager Hakim Chettfour. Hakim was very nice and made me a very happy customer by reimbursing the $200 that it cost to replace the thermostat. While my mechanic fixed the heater he also found a engine mount was broke. So I called Dennis( the best service person ever) and made an appointment to bring it in. They fixed it under the 3 month or 3,000 warranty. I love my Quest and will go back mostly due to the help I received from Dennis in the service department.

My husband Casey Flower, brother-in-law David Flower and I had the absolute WORST experience trying to buy a car at West County Nissan yesterday. Test drove an Altima listed for 15,400. Loved the car - it was fairly priced and we would have bought it for sticker price. After having to go ten minutes at a time without seeing our salesman, Les, he finally came back and I told him we were very serious buyers, and if he gave us his bottom line we were likely to purchase right then and there. Les goes to "see what he can do" and comes back with NISSAN'S offer of 14,900. We decide to push our luck and say we will sign for 14,500 right now. He disappears for at least another ten minutes, comes back and says 14,900 is the best he can do ? and to be aware that this other girl is looking at the same car. He gives us some space to discuss it and we decide that we are going to go for it, after all we would have bought it for 15,400 if they wouldn't have negotiated. Les comes back and says ?Sorry guys, the best we can do is 15,400 because we need to make money off of the sale.? He starts showing us papers to explain why he can?t sell it to us at the price NISSAN gave us. These reasons included a Bose stereo system, alloy wheels and power seats - all features that this car didn't have. So we ask to talk to his manager and this is where the real problem begins. The self-proclaimed used car sales manager Hakim comes over and starts spouting off the same reasons on why he can?t sell us the car. All we want to know if why the xxxx THEY came back with a lower price and this man says he didn't do it, I didn't say a lower price and after finally understanding that we meant NISSAN as a whole he says (and I am directly quoting here) ?I am not responsible for what the salesmen do or say.? Hakim MANAGES the sales people, does he not? Does that not make him accountable? If you think it ends here, you are wrong. Hakim decides he was had enough of this conversation, boasting at how they sell 250 cars a month and that we can leave if we don?t want the car. We ask who the xxxx came up with the lower price and get no answer. It?s obvious to him at this point there is no way in xxxx we will ever buy a car there, so he just walks away, behind the desk. We follow him ask him for his manager, and he ignores us. We ask for his manager?s name, and again he ignores us. Honestly, this is behavior I would expect from someone so disrespectful to potential customers, but the rest of the employees there also offer us no name. Instead we are told to ?look it up online.? Well, the world works in mysterious ways because we drove down the street and found the identical car in a new model for 1,500 less. The salesman that helped us said this is the fourth sale he has made recently thanks to Hakim. I am sure there have been more than just those four.

I would highly recommend this dealership, they are the best i have been to so far. I told them what i wanted and how much i wanted to pay and they stuck by my terms and got me a great car with a great deal in a matter of hours. the customer service is excellent from the moment you walk in the door to the finace dept and sales team, they are very friendly and no pressure. they worked hard on my deal for hours and got it done for me in a quick amount of time. i would highly recommend this dealer to anyone buying a new or used car you will not be disappointed.
