I wanted to thank you {Jeff Garlich, New Car Manager} and Steve {Salesperson} for doing a thorough search for a Pathfinder for my wife and I.  I bet it can be a bit frustrating to have a buyer, but not the right car to sell them. I will tell you this. We are definitely buying a Pathfinder and it will be from you guys. You guys were the first to respond and were pleasant to deal with from the beginning (credit Eric {in BDC}).  As I have learned in my experiences, customers can usually tell when the seller's needs (sales goals) are more important than the customer's needs (meeting an explicit need within their budget). I tend to get this feeling at almost every car dealership I have ever visited, with the exception of yours.

"I wanted you to be aware of the 'Outstanding' Service given..."

I wanted you to be aware of the 'Outstanding' Service given by the Service Advisor, Kevin, while my 2008 Nissan Altima was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Kevin arranged for me to use a dealer vehicle which helps out so very much when having service done to my Altima. He also asked if I would like my car washed...what great service!! West County Nissan is lucky to have an employee like Kevin who helps make your customers happy.

I am writing this letter to let you know of the repeatedly outstanding service I've received from Kevin {service advisor}in your Service Department. In the past year...I've brought my 2007 Armada in for regular, and not so regular service and (you) have consistently provided excellent quality of care. He (Kevin) has followed up on any questions I've had, returned my calls in a timely matter, and worked with my schedule to make each visit as convenient as possible. That may be what he does for all clients, but that's the kind of attention that keeps me coming back, rather than searching around for a better deal. This kind of service is commendable, and I, myself, greatly appreciate (you) taking the time, each and every time.

"Our sincere appreciation for the professionalism and courtesy..."

My husband and I were traveling from Bloomington, IN via Hermann, MO on to Rochester, MN. On March 24th, we hit a huge curb- granted going very slowly but I (the worry wart) was concerned we may have done damage to the under carriage. Fortuitously, we drove directly pass your dealership on our way to downtown St. Louis. I explained the circumstances, time constraints and my potential over reacting (which was the case but {Service Advisor} did not make me appear or feel foolish). She could not have been more understanding. She got our 2010 Cube (my husband's pride and joy) in quickly. Your staff was able to determine no damage. Please express to all involved our sincere appreciation for the professionalism and courtesy they provided to us - even if we were from out of state. We are sure your local customers acknowledge the superior staff.
